Terms And Conditions For Paris Exchange Lucky Dip

  • Only residents of Hong Kong and the PRC are eligible to enter this Lucky Dip.


  • To enter the weekly Lucky Dip, eligible participants need to answer any three (3) questions posted on the website of Paris Exchange Limited.


  • Winner(s) will be selected at random from all the entries by Paris Exchange Limited.


  • Eligible participants can enter the weekly Lucky Dip as many times as they like but this will not increase their chances of winning.


  • Winners of the weekly Lucky Dip will receive a cash prize as is specified on the page of Lucky Dip Prizes LINK.


  • The result of the Lucky Dip will be posted each Monday at 9 a.m. if a weekly Lucky Dip was run in the preceding week on the website of Paris Exchange Limited. Winners of the prizes will be contacted individually via email and Short Messages System (SMS).


  • To claim the prize, a winner must provide his/her login names and passwords for verification purpose. Upon completion of the verification process, Paris Exchange will announce a date for the presentation of the prize on which the winners will be transported to the venue from his/her their designated address in Hong Kong by a chauffeur in a Rolls Royce at the costs of Paris Exchange Limited.


  • If any winner could not be contacted by Paris Exchange Limited within seven days after the announcement of the results of the Lucky Dip or where any winner could not attend the prize presentation ceremony which date and venue is to be determined by Paris Exchange Limited, an alternative winner will be randomly selected for the relevant prize.


  • Winners shall allow Paris Exchange Limited unlimited rights to use his/her their name, photograph and any information or materials provided by them to Paris Exchange Limited for any lawful reason or purpose. Paris Exchange Limited warrants that it will not disclose or use any personal data collected from the participants for any purpose other than contacting them for claiming the prizes.


  • All employees, and consultants of Paris Exchange Limited and associated companies and their immediate family are not entitled to enter this Lucky Dip


  • This Lucky Dip is scheduled to run from 25 April 2005 to 31 December 2005, but may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Paris Exchange Limited.


  • Paris Exchange Limited reserves its right to amend the terms and conditions of this Lucky Dip without prior notification to the entrants.


  • In case of disputes in relation to this Lucky Dip, all decisions by Paris Exchange Limited are final.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

This page provides for the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") under which you may use the PARISEXCHANGE.COM website (the "Web Site") of Paris Exchange Limited (the "Company"). By registering as a Golden VIP member of the Web Site, and particularly by clicking the "I ACCEPT" button to complete the registration procedure, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the absolute right and discretion to accept, reject or cancel any application or existing registration of any membership without notice and explanation.

The Company reserves the sole right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you by posting the amendment on the Web Site, and you are advised to visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions for any modifications made thereto. Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of your registration with or without your notice or termination of access to the Web Site, as well as legal action against you. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the Web Site for any reason or any purpose.



2. Personal Data or Information Collection

6. Member's Conduct

6.1
You must not:-

i) post, transmit, distribute or link to any content or information that is unlawful, harmful, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, inaccurate or false, derogatory of any ethic, race, gender or sexual orientation;

ii) post any information, image, music or content or link to any website which act may amount to infringement of any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights including but not limited to infringing the copyright, trade mark, design or patent, violating trade secrets, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights of any third party;

iii) manipulate by any means any of the material on the Web Site, or in any way interfere with the operation of the Web Site, including, without limitation, any transmission of software viruses or any computer code or messages including but not limited to Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs designed to or capable of disrupting, interrupting, damaging or altering the operation of the Web Site;
